• Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads, with precision.
• Perform in-depth rate analysis for work items based on current market trends.
• Prepare cost proposals and pricing for tenders and bids, ensuring competitiveness.
• Address and resolve billing disputes and estimation challenges efficiently.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines for billing cycles and tender submissions.
• Present joint measurement sheets to clients for approvals and maintain clarity in documentation.
