Job summary

Synergy Corporate Interiors in New Delhi/NCR is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 8-10 years of experience in corporate interiors. You will be responsible for BOQs for bids and current projects, gather final measurements from site, prepare as-built BOQs, and ensure accurate bill checking with vendors.

The role requires strong coordination and communication, fluent English, and deep knowledge of office interior BOQs, with a solid grasp of site execution and client/vendor handling.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate interiors
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• In-depth knowledge of BOQs for office interior projects
• Complete understanding of site & execution

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities for bids and current projects.
• Obtain final measurement sheets from site and prepare as-built BOQs.
• Bill checking and coordination with vendors to ensure accuracy.
• Receive and finalize orders for vendors based on BOQ; negotiate and source vendors.

Responsibilities

1. Bill of Quantities :

   • Responsible for all Vendor & Client BOQs for Bids and Current projects.
   • Getting Final Measurement Sheets from Site.
   • As Built BOQs for Client and Vendors.
   • Bill Checking of Vendors.

2. Purchase Orders and Work Orders :

   • Receiving and Finalizing Orders for Vendors based on BOQ.
   • Negotiating and Vendor Sourcing.
3. Quantity Surveying

Required Candidate profile

• B.Arch /B.TECH / DIPLOMA in Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design
• Min Experience in Corporate Interiors of 8-10years.
• Good co-ordination and communication skills.
• Well versed in English, spoken and written.
