Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Bills Certification: Verify contractor RA/Final bills against BOQ, drawings, measurements, and work order terms.
• BBS Checking: Review and validate Bar Bending Schedules for accuracy and quantity correctness.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor project cost vs. approved budget; track committed vs. actual cost and highlight deviations.
• Work Order Study & Tracking: Understand scope, rates, inclusions/exclusions, escalation clauses; track compliance and scope changes.
• Site Progress Checking: Conduct site visits, verify physical progress, compare actual vs. planned, and document with photos/measurements.
• Escalation & Quantity Variations: Track rate escalations, quantity deviations, and maintain variation/change order registers.
• Schedule Tracking: Update project schedule, track milestone progress vs. baseline, identify delays, and prepare lookahead schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing, reconciliation, and cost analysis, with proficiency in modern construction methods. This role requires active coordination with site teams to ensure accurate billing, efficient project management, and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
