Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager / Property Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing high-rise residential buildings, apartment complexes, or large residential estates.

Ex-Serviceman / Ex-Army candidates are mandatory for this position.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and team-management skills along with hands‑on experience in STP, WTP, MEP systems, maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendors, and overall

property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of high-rise residential buildings/apartment complexes.
• Supervise STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) operations and maintenance.
• Oversee MEP Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Manage security, housekeeping, maintenance and other onsite teams.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, security and emergency response procedures are followed.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong knowledge of STP, WTP and MEP systems.
• Good leadership, communication and team‑management skills.
• Ability to manage security, housekeeping, maintenance and vendor teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site and handle emergencies when required.

Preferred

• Experience in residential facility/property management.
• Facility Management / Property Management certification.
• Knowledge of CMMS or property management software.
• Engineering/technical qualification.
• Experience with safety, compliance and sustainability practices.
