Job summary

Cloudwave Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an IT Desktop Support professional to handle desktop issues, user support, system maintenance, and ERP MM module assistance. You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers; troubleshoot hardware, software, network and email; maintain Windows OS and MS Office; manage antivirus, backups, and IT assets.
