About the role

This role sits with the Digital Campus ERP team, supporting the applications R&R department operations run on. Youll be first-line support for users across campuses and internal teams triaging tickets, resolving recurring issues, coordinating with ERP developers on fixes, and documenting everything so the same problems dont come back.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day ERP application support requests for R&R department operations
• Log, triage and prioritize tickets, resolving first-line issues within agreed timelines
• Reproduce and document bugs, escalating to the ERP development team with clear detail
• Monitor application health, run routine checks and flag recurring problems
• Support users on ERP modules and guide them through correct process flows
• Maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides and user documentation

Requirements

• 1-3 years in application support, ERP support, technical support or IT operations
• Comfortable with ticketing tools, basic SQL queries and reading application logs
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting
• Clear communication with non-technical users and patience under pressure
• Exposure to ERP systems or education-sector software is a strong plus
