Job summary

Rathna Packaging in Tamil Nadu seeks a proactive Functional Analyst with 2 to 7 years of ERP implementation and support experience in flexible packaging manufacturing. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive ERP solutions across Production, Planning, Stores, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Finance.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Functional Analysts with 2 to 7 years of experience in ERP Implementation, Support, and Business Process Analysis within the Flexible Packaging manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of manufacturing operations, ERP systems, requirement gathering, user support, and business process optimization.

The candidate will work closely with business users, management, and development teams to analyse requirements, provide ERP solutions, support users, and ensure successful ERP implementation across various departments including Production, Planning, Stores, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Finance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Manufacturing ERP Systems.
• Knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Quality Modules.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
• Ability to prepare BRD, FRS, Gap Analysis, and SOP documents.
• Understanding of barcode traceability and shop-floor processes.
• Exposure to Power BI/Tableau reporting will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

ERP Implementation & Support

• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects.

• Support ERP users by troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues.

Requirement Gathering & Process Analysis

• Interact with department heads and end users to understand business requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate process workshops and user discussions.

User Training & Documentation

• Conduct user training programs and ERP awareness sessions.
• Prepare SOPs, user manuals, process documents, and training materials.
• Assist users during ERP go-live and post-implementation support.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Validate transactional data and support business reporting requirements.
• Work with SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Coordinate with developers for report customization and dashboard requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of user-reported issues and enhancement requests.
