Position: ERP Implementation Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: Up to 15.00 LPA

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Engineer to lead the implementation and maintenance of our ERP system across all business processes, including SCM, Production, Planning, Purchase, Projects, Sales, and Accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with Head of Departments to ensure seamless integration and drive the ERP implementation project forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ERP system for manufacturing business processes, including SCM, Production, Planning, Purchase, Projects, Sales, and Accounts.
• Coordinate with Head of Departments to understand business requirements and ensure ERP implementation meets organizational needs.
• Maintain and support ERP system post-implementation, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Develop and lead a team to manage organization-level ERP operations, including training and support.
• Manage multi-organization ERP setup, including subsidiaries.
• Travel as required to support implementation and support activities across India.

Key Requirements

• Experience in steel manufacturing industry.

• Willingness to travel to factory in Khalapur and sites.
