Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential and existing stakeholders using provided data and digital platforms.
• Understand stakeholder requirements and pitch them with effective ERP Solutions.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder information and interaction records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and concerns if any.
• Process orders and maintain relevant records accurately, wherever required.
• Handle stakeholder grievances professionally and build positive business relationships.
• Should have a Customer-Centric Approach.

Requirements

• Negotiable (As per industry standards)
• 0-3 Years (Freshers are welcomed)
• Any Graduate / Post-Graduate
• Note: Preference will be given to immediate joiners or the candidate whose notice period is 10 days.
