Yardi Systems is seeking an ERP Consultant with Chartered Accountant qualifications to train clients on ERP solutions and lead end-to-end implementations focused on finance processes. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting processes, managing data migration, and delivering management presentations. Freshers and experienced CAs welcome; 1–3 years preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Freshers / Experienced)
• If experienced - 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to MS Visio is an added advantage.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex topics.
• Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into clear, concise recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Support and train clients on ERP solutions while implementing ERP systems for new and existing clients based on business requirements.
• Collect requirements from end users, document process flows, and conduct end-user training.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies. Participate in cross-functional teams and conduct solution analysis.
• Work with the team to ensure all change management issues are addressed, including training and communicating relevant information to all affected stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all requested documentation.
• Deliver presentations to various levels of management as necessary.
