Swan & Associates in India is seeking a payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will handle PF & ESIC compliance, generate ECR files, and manage employee lifecycle tasks including UAN registration and KYC uploads. Strong Excel skills and portal expertise are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of hands-on payroll calculation and statutory portal work.
• Experience with HR consulting or payroll agency handling multiple client accounts preferred.
• Proficient in EPFO and ESIC portals and resolving ECR errors.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and compile attendance, leaves, and variable data to prepare salary structures and payroll sheets.
• PF & ESIC Compliance: Generate ECR files, upload data to EPFO/ESIC portals, generate challans, and ensure timely submissions.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Register new client employees online, generate UAN, map ESIC IP, and handle KYC uploads/corrections.
• Grievance & Query Resolution: Address and resolve daily payroll queries from client management and employees.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and compile monthly attendance, leave data, and variable data from multiple clients to prepare error-free salary structures and payroll sheets.
• PF & ESIC Compliance: Handle monthly Electronic Challan-cum-Return (ECR) file generation. Upload data accurately onto the EPFO and ESIC portals, generate challans, and ensure submissions are completed well before statutory due dates.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the online registration of new client employees, generate Universal Account Numbers (UAN), handle ESIC IP mapping, and process online KYC uploads and corrections.

• Grievance & Query Resolution: Address and resolve daily queries from client management and their employees regarding salary calculations, EPFO portal errors, PF withdrawals, and ESI medical benefits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience Portfolio: Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven, hands-on operational experience specifically handling payroll calculation and statutory portal work. Experience working within an HR consulting firm or payroll agency managing multiple client accounts is highly preferred.
• Technical & Portal Expertise: Must have thorough practical knowledge of navigating the official EPFO and ESIC employer portals independently. Deep familiarity with resolving ECR errors and processing text file uploads is a must.
• Analytical & Excel Mastery: Strong numerical skills with an intermediate-to-advanced command over Microsoft Excel (proficient in using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF conditions, and Pivot Tables to manage large data sets).
