Job summary

Ascendion, a leader in AI-powered software engineering, invites applications for an Entry Level Associate - Direct Hire in Vadodara, Gujarat. You will support the recruitment process for US shifts, reviewing client requirements and building a search plan to identify suitable candidates.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through portals and databases, assessing experience and skills, coordinating the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and maintaining timely communication with candidates

Responsibilities

• Review the job description; understand client requirements and create a search plan to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social media.
• Assess candidates' experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Coordinate and own end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility for referrals.
• Negotiate wages and terms; gain commitment from candidates.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers for review.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates with updates on candidacy.
• Collaborate with onsite North America sales team to understand client needs.

Job Title: Entry Level Associate - Direct Hire

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM / 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (US Shifts)

You'll Do

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• Assess applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
• Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
• Submitting candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
