Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. in Tamil Nadu seeks a Support Lead Engineer responsible for daily program duties, liaising between Vehicle Development, Systems Engineering and the Attributes and Programs Office under guidance from the Manager and Project Lead Engineer.

You will support delivery of Vehicle Attribute Targets, participate in Vehicle Development Meetings, help maintain the Vehicle Attribute Health Chart and assist in defining vehicle level requirements from KO to SoP, with translation of

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of engineering experience.
• BE/B.Tech is required.

• Lead with daily program duties and tasks.
• Liaise between Vehicle Development, Systems Engineering, and the Attributes and Programs Office.
• Accept coaching, guidance and instruction from Manager and Project Lead Engineer.
• Support in delivery of Vehicle Attribute Targets for Programs.
• Support agenda items at Vehicle Development Meetings.
• Maintain agenda and minutes of Vehicle Development Meetings.
• Support Evaluation plans (methods and timings).
• Support maintenance of the Program Vehicle Attribute Health Chart and resulting tasks.
• Support delivery of Vehicle Level Requirements, with guidance of Lead Engineer.
• Support Vehicle Attribute Targets from KO to SoP.
• Translate customer data and Brand DNA with Lead Engineer.
• Support Attribute Trade-off Process with Vehicle Development Engineer.
