Job summary

Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India invites engineers with 3-5 years of stamping simulation experience to join our team in Chennai. You will handle stamping related activities independently, optimize process sequences, and contribute to die layout planning using NX/Catia and CADCEUS.

Proficiency in T0 trials, 3D MP MPCAD, and common simulation tools like AutoForm, PamStamp, and DynaForm is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of stamping simulation experience with a technical stamping background.
• Knowledge of stamping processes, die structure, and feasibility for cold/hot stamping.
• Knowledge on die standard parts and die cost estimation.
• Hands-on CAD skills with A-class surface modelling (NX/Catia).

Responsibilities

• Execute stamping simulations and optimize process sequences.
• Plan and compare simulation results with trials and implement countermeasures.

Job description

• 3-5 years of experience in Stamping Simul activities with a technical background in stamping shop & should be capable of handling Stamping related activities individually.
• Can able to make & optimise process/operation sequence.
• Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.
• Abel propose CUS/DFPP-part change proposal to Product design
• Able execute TGA activity -MPCAD [3D MP], Spring back, detail MP making-CADCEUS knowledge preferable.
• Hands on experience in any CAD software [NX or Catia] with A-class surface modelling capability.
• Hands on experience in T0 trials & can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.
