Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Hansalpur factory seeks an experienced specialist to lead die development and setup for stamping and blanking of new model panels. You will oversee die design checks, tryouts, and production-ready setups, while coordinating attachment design and simulations.

CAD operations (AutoCAD, UG) and strong Excel/Word skills are essential to manage project timelines and documentation for a smooth model launch.

Qualifications

• Experience in die setup for a 4-wheel new model (Press and Blanking line).
• Experience managing New model projects in a Press plant.
• CAD operation skills (Auto CAD, UG).
• Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of die development, design, arrangement and modification.
• Knowledge of stamping dies and prep for new model.
• Press and blanking die preparation for new model.
• Design check for stamping and blanking.
• Die tryout and setup for production.
• Attachment design and arrangement.
• Simulation of stamping panels.
