Job summary

Tata Technologies in Nashik is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to study stamping feasibility of automotive skin and inner panels, perform formability studies, and support process optimization from design to mass production.

The role requires knowledge of Catia V5 Surface Modeling, UG NX, and experience with Autoform or PAM STAMP, plus 2–4 years in automotive or tool design and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in mechanical Engg or Diploma in Mechanical Engg.
• Post Diploma in Tool design from CITD/NTTF/IGTR or Diploma in Tool and Die Making CITD/NTTF/IGTR.
• 2–4 years experience in Automotive OEM, reputed tool rooms or design offices.

Responsibilities

• Study stamping process feasibility and formability for automotive skin and inner panels.
• Optimize panel and blank development for better quality and blank utilization.
• Contribute to die design, bead geometry and transfer press considerations for efficient production.
