Job summary
Talbros Automotive Components in Haryana is seeking a Machine Shop Engineer/Sr Engineer for our Aluminum alloy wheel plant. The role requires hands-on CNC turning, VMC and SPM experience, plus strong manpower management and production monitoring. Knowledge of OEE and QMS, along with 5S on the shop floor, is essential.
The candidate should be male, up to 32 years old, with a B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record in a busy machine shop environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience on CNC turning, VMC and SPM machines in steel machining.
- Knowledge about OEE and QMS on shop floor.
- 5S practices on shop floor.
