Supervise daily shop floor operations and a team to achieve production targets.
Plan and schedule CNC/VMC operations, ensuring optimal machine capacity utilization and minimal downtime.

Shift timings early comming and late going to home as per hr policy 8hrs shift timings but after you got selected you willl never go on you home at fix time you must take take your 2hrs extra time on daily basis.very bad for shift timing. So personal work life balance is not good after join this company
