Job summary

Amara Raja Group requires an experienced Shift Incharge to plan and organize shift schedules and coordinate with other shift incharges to ensure smooth production continuity. The role involves managing the roll forming process, monitoring 5S adherence, machine checks, scrap reporting, and BD reporting, while training new and existing staff to close skill gaps.

Job description

Plan and organize shift schedules. Coordinate with other shift incharges for smooth transition and continuity. Managing the roll forming process to ensure adherence to operational standards. (Daily 5S, Machine check sheet updation, Raising the BD report of Machine Tool, Daily scrap reporting) Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the shift. Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff. Identify skill gaps and arrange for necessary training sessions. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among team members. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with the inventory management team for timely replenishment. Address and resolve any issues that affect production efficiency or quality. IMTE maintenance Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards.

To update suggestions and QCC implementation status all over plant. To update documents related ISO, IMS audits and lead the audit on ISO, IMS for production department and close any non conformity raised. To motivate, arrange and conduct training programs to all over plant.
