Job summary

Indiana Group in Saswad, Maharashtra, India, seeks an experienced QC professional to oversee in-process and final inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate with third-party surveyors to ensure timely QC clearance.

You will work on IS grade materials, perform defect rectifications, and maintain IMS documentation while interacting with shop supervisors and outsourced fabricators to uphold IGPL norms.

Qualifications

• QC inspection experience for IS grade materials.
• Knowledge about IS material standards/specifications.
• Knowledge about various welding processes.
• Capability for preparation of WPS, PQR and WPQ with the help of seniors.
• Identification of welding defects and rectification methodology.
• Analysis of customer complaints and action on it
• Maintain all IMS documentation and keep up-to-date records
• Online/In-process shop QC inspection in Second Shift
• Maintain daily QC reports and records
• Close interaction with shop supervisors and workmen
• Maintain outsourced fabricator QC activities as per IGPL norms
• Good communication skills
• Computer proficiency to prepare inspection report and data presentation skills
• Should have knowledge about shop safe work practices
• Teamwork competencies
