Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an Engineer (QA & QC) in Vadodara to inspect raw materials, finished goods, and development samples, verify TCs, and prepare inspection reports.

The role involves coordinating third‑party testing, ensuring traceability, maintaining QA documentation, SAP entries for material statuses, and implementing 3S/Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, fabricated materials, finished goods, and development samples.
• Verify Test Certificates (TCs) and prepare inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify non-conformities (NCs) and communicate them to the concerned departments.
• Perform SAP entries for OK, Rejected, and Rework materials and post them to storage locations.
• Prepare Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
• Coordinate third-party testing of raw materials when required.
• Coordinate heat number marking for material traceability.
• Maintain quality documentation as per requirements.
• Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments.
• Coordinate third-party inspections as per the inspection plan.
• Coordinate and perform spark, light, visual, hydro, and NDT tests.
• Update production plans.
• Implement 3S and Kaizen practices in the work area.
