Job summary

Nirmal Industrial Controls is seeking a detail-oriented Bid & Proposals Executive to support proposal development, bid submission, and RFQ preparation. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure TQs are understood and addressed, and you will help shape pricing strategies.

The role requires valves background, ability to read P&ID, develop BOM, and knowledge of ASME codes. Proficiency in bid management software and MS Office is essential, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting proposals and bids.
• Understand TQs and ensure closure by coordinating with stakeholders; prepare RFQs for bought-out items.
• Prepare accurate, comprehensive proposals meeting client requirements.
• Assist in development of pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather information and documentation.
• Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.
• Resolve customer queries on pricing and proposals promptly.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients.

• Understand TQs and ensure its closure by coordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers

• Prepare & ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet client's requirements.

• Assist in the development of pricing strategies.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information & documentation.

• Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferred candidate from Valves background

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Has knowledge of ASME material (ASME Sec. II part A & part B) & ASME Sec. IX welding standards.

• Ability to read and understand P&ID, Develop BOM based on P&ID & PMS. Understanding of ASME Codes and standards
