Job summary
Frontal Turnkey Solution in Pune is seeking an automation professional to understand application requirements and decide the control system architecture, with a focus on sales support responsibilities.
You will design, engineer and inspect control panels and MCC, perform PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, FAT and SAT testing, coordinate on-site installation, testing and commissioning, troubleshoot, maintain systems, and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Understanding application requirement and deciding control system architecture.
- Documentation- Preparation of IO list, cable schedule, junction box schedule, control logic, and other relevant project standard documentation.
- Design, engineering and inspection of control panels and MCC
- Experience in PLC programming, HMI programming, SCADA programming, FAT and SAT.
- On site installation, testing and commissioning of automation systems.
- Trouble shooting and maintenance activities.
- Coordination between site, office and end user.
- Experience on design, engineering, programming & commissioning of PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD based automation projects.
- Experience of Siemens PLC will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge in instrumentation electricals & project management.
- Ready to travel
