Job summary

TALENT VERTEX PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation to join our field service team in Thane. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines and automated production systems at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime.

You should have hands-on expertise with PLCs, CNC, HMI, servo drives, VFDs, electrical panels, and be comfortable with machine software integration and reading technical drawings. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant CNC machinery/industrial automation experience.
• Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
• Strong hands-on CNC installation & commissioning.
• PLC & CNC troubleshooting expertise.
• HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs and electrical panels experience.
• Machine software integration, I/O testing and calibration.
• Breakdown, preventive maintenance and AMC experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals.
• Siemens PLC / TIA Portal experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be based in Thane.
• CNC commissioning experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines and automated systems at customer sites.
• Provide breakdown and preventive maintenance support, and perform machine trials.
• Integrate software and perform I/O testing and calibration.
• Read electrical drawings and machine manuals to service equipment.
• Travel extensively as required and be based in Thane.

Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation with strong hands-on experience in CNC machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance .

The position involves working at customer locations for installation, commissioning, breakdown support, preventive maintenance, machine trials, software integration and technical troubleshooting of CNC machines and automated production systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of PLC, CNC, HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs, electrical panels and machine-control software , along with the ability to independently handle customer-site assignments.

Requirements

• 6–10 years relevant experience in CNC machinery / industrial automation.
