Job summary

Matrix Job Solutions Gurgaon is hiring an Assembly Supervisor for a leading automotive manufacturing company in Pune (Shirwal). The role focuses on overseeing daily production processes, ensuring adherence to IATF 16949:2015 documentation, and driving productivity, OEE and quality metrics.

The candidate should understand 5S systems and Kaizen practices, with a mechanical engineering degree such as B.Tech or BE. Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2015 documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Can handle and manage the daily production process.
• Can update and manage daily documentation for IATF 16949:2015.
• Responsible for daily productivity, OEE and quality.
• Familiar with 5S systems, Kaizens, Poka-Yoke.
