Job summary

Seco Tools India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Engineer for Carbide Insert Periphery Grinding in Insets Production. The role focuses on process development, CNC program optimization, and continuous improvement to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.

You will drive productivity, implement Lean initiatives, and support new product introduction while collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in precision manufacturing, cutting tools, grinding, or carbide insert production.
• Strong knowledge of CNC grinding and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot carbide insert periphery grinding processes and CNC programs.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Drive productivity, quality and cost improvement initiatives using structured problem solving.
• Support new product introduction and process industrialization activities.
