Job summary

Team Computers Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support professional in Navi Mumbai. The role involves resolving user issues at first/second level, maintaining ticket status, and providing timely communication on resolutions.

You will install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Office 2016/2019, printers, and peripheral devices, and handle basic network and mobile email configurations. Mumbai area presence like Navi Mumbai is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop/laptop support and IT helpdesk.
• Strong communication and ticketing skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Windows/Office issues.
• Willingness to work with printers and peripheral devices.
