Job summary

Trent Limited in Mumbai seeks an experienced End User Computing Manager to lead EUC operations, ensuring high availability of end-user services.

You will oversee L1/L2 desktop support across locations, manage ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes, and helm endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot and Group Policies. Ensure security, patching, and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage End User Computing operations with high availability.
• Manage L1/L2 desktop support teams across multiple locations.
• Oversee ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, and change management.
• Manage endpoint devices: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office.
• Manage Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Group Policies.
• Drive OS deployment, patch management, software packaging, asset lifecycle.
• Monitor SLA/KPI adherence and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with infra, network, security, and apps teams.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, hardware refresh, and workplace modernization.
• Ensure endpoint security, antivirus, encryption, and remediation.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and support contracts.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.

• Manage endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Group Policies.
• Drive OS deployment, patch management, software packaging, and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor SLA/KPI adherence and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
• Lead user onboarding, offboarding, hardware refresh, and workplace modernization projects.
• Ensure endpoint security compliance, antivirus management, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and support contracts.

Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
