Job summary

HypTechie in Coimbatore is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) L2 Engineer with 1–3 years of IT Infrastructure experience to deliver advanced support for end-user devices and workplace technologies.

You will troubleshoot PC hardware/software, manage devices via SCCM/Intune, and provide 24/7 support as needed. Contract duration is 12 months with potential for extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant IT Infrastructure / EUC experience.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware, OS, directory services, printers, and applications.
• Experience managing laptops and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for End User Computing (EUC) services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to PC hardware, software, OS, printing, and desktop applications.
• Support and manage laptops, desktop systems, and handheld devices.
• Handle OS support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac Operating Systems.
• Work with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and WDS for device, software, and image management.
• Manage wireless device support and software distribution.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot using antivirus management consoles.
• Adhere to 24×7×365 support requirements, including after-hours/weekend support as needed.
• Manage EUC-related incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM tools.
• Support asset management processes and vulnerability/patch management activities.
