Responsibilities

• L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices across enterprise environments
• Troubleshoot OS (Windows 10/11), hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage and support endpoint tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, or equivalent
• Handle print management including printer setup, troubleshooting, print servers, and queue management
• Support Active Directory (user account management, group policies, access issues)
• Perform software installations, patching, imaging, and configuration
• Diagnose issues related to VPN, network connectivity, and performance
• Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets and provide timely resolution
• Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Desktop/End User Support (Windows environment)
• Hands-on with Endpoint Management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.)
• Experience in Enterprise Print Management (print servers, drivers, troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of Active Directory basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Good understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
