Job summary

Muthoot Microfin is seeking an IT End-User Support professional to provide L1/L2 support, manage endpoints, and ensure uninterrupted branch operations. You will manage asset lifecycle, MIS reporting, and vendor coordination.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security; prior banking/financial services exposure is a plus. Multi-location support and SLA-driven service delivery expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT End-User Support or Desktop Administration.
• Experience with multi-location or branch-based environments.
• Hands-on with Windows, MS 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, and basic networking.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory reconciliation, MIS reporting, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS OS and business applications.
• Manage endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, Zscaler Client Connector, Antivirus, etc.).
• Handle user provisioning, password resets, and access requests through Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate branch IT issues, vendor support activities, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, asset lifecycle management, and hardware replacement coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports related to IT operations, assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Assist in IT audits, compliance activities, and infrastructure rollout projects.

Provide end-user support, endpoint management, and branch IT operational support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The role also includes IT asset lifecycle management, MIS reporting, inventory reconciliation, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT processes and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, Mac systems, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and business applications.
• Manage endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, Zscaler Client Connector, Antivirus, etc.).
• Handle user account provisioning, password resets, and access requests through Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate branch IT issues, vendor support activities, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, asset lifecycle management, and hardware replacement coordination.
• Perform periodic IT asset reconciliation with Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to IT operations, assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Support software deployment, endpoint patching, and operating system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, support activities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in IT audits, compliance activities, and infrastructure rollout projects.
