Key Skills & Requirements:-

• 1. ETS Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience in Employee Transportation Solution (ETS) operations managing cab/fleet operations for corporate employee transport.
• 2. Route & Vendor Management: Strong understanding of route planning, cab/vendor allocation, and driver coordination to ensure optimal fleet utilization.
• 3. Client & Stakeholder Management: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to directly interface with enterprise clients, understand their requirements, and manage expectations professionally.
• 4. Reporting & Analytics: Working knowledge of MIS reporting, SLA tracking, and dashboard-based performance monitoring; proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• 5. ETS Platform Exposure: Practical experience working on ETS/transportation management platforms (such as MoveInSync or similar) is mandatory.
• 6. Escalation & Incident Handling: Ability to manage real-time operational issues, escalations, and safety/compliance-related incidents with a solution-oriented approach.
• 7. Team Coordination: Experience in supervising ground staff, drivers, and support teams, ensuring accountability and service quality.
• 8. Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; prior experience specifically in ETS/employee transportation operations is preferred.
