TP in Dadri, India is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts, and to develop robust employee relations strategies and training programs.

You will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives, analyze trends to identify improvement areas, and provide guidance on HR matters to support a positive and compliant workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in employee relations, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with HR software and systems is an asset.
