Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a Team Manager Employee Relations to oversee second-shift employee relations, grievances, attendance, attrition, and engagement while ensuring compliance and smooth shift operations.

You will coordinate with line supervisors and multiple departments, maintain records, and generate HR MIS reports to guide workforce decisions.

Candidates with MBA, ER/IR experience and Telugu fluency are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Telugu domicile and Telugu expert required.
• ER and IR experience required.
• MBA full-time or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce retention.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate with line supervisors, security, transport, canteen, medical, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and statutory documentation.
