Job summary

Gratitude India in Pune is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Operations professional to manage benefits administration and related workflows. The role emphasizes RCA skills and strong MS Office proficiency to drive MIS and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shared services, lead a small team, and work with SAP HCM/FICO modules to ensure accurate accounting entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR benefits operations or shared services environment
• Strong team-managerial competencies, managing at least 5-7 team-members
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
