Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a Campaign Manager for Email, SMS and Push communications. The role focuses on executing CRM journeys, maintaining audience rules, and deploying multi-channel communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent platform.

You will test journeys, monitor deliverability, and ensure compliance with consent and suppression rules. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in CRM campaigns and up to 7 years in campaign operations, with hands-on SFMC experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in CRM campaigns or marketing operations.
• 5–7 years in CRM campaign operations or lifecycle communications with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong experience executing email, SMS, push, triggered and transactional communications.
• Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, suppression, preferences, deliverability and journey testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage CRM journeys and consumer communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise platform.
• Maintain audience and communication rules, configurations and tests for journeys.
• Deploy approved communications and monitor deliverability while protecting consent and suppression rules.
• Troubleshoot campaign and journey failures within controlled operational processes.
