Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise CRMA dashboards and data pipelines. You will craft interactive, high-performance dashboards, implement advanced SAQL/SQL logic, and manage Data Flows and Recipes for efficient data processing.

You will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics and to enforce

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of CRMA dashboard limitations and capabilities vs. Tableau.
• Hands-on editing of dashboard JSON for advanced layouts and steps.
• SAQL scripting for complex logic in CRMA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level CRMA dashboards and datasets.
• Build interactive, performance-optimized dashboards using CRMA components and JSON customization.
• Develop complex business logic using SAQL and SQL for CRMA data modeling.
• Create, schedule, and optimize Data Syncs, Dataflows, and Recipes for efficient data processing.
• Ensure data security with Security Predicates and Sharing Inheritance for row-level access.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot dashboard, dataset, and dataflow issues while maintaining data quality and governance.

JSON Customization : Hands-on experience editing dashboard JSON for advanced layouts and steps. SAQL Expertise : Advanced scripting in Salesforce Analytics Query Language for complex logic. Data Pipelines : Building, scheduling, and optimizing Recipes, Dataflows, and Data Syncs. Recipe Optimization : Ability to split data recipes by execution frequency to maximize performance. Row-Level Security : Implementing Security Predicates and Sharing Inheritance within CRMA.Secondary Skills (Highly Preferred) Core Salesforce Architecture : Solid grasp of standard/custom objects, fields, and permission sets. CRMA Data Mapping : Deep understanding of how Salesforce data types ingest and translate into CRMA. SQL & Complex Joins : Strong background in relational database joins to accelerate data modelling.
