Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Architecture, Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Capability Development within a corporate environment.
• Expertise in designing learner-centric, impactful, and scalable learning solutions aligned to business and capability needs.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into engaging learning journeys, architectures, and development programs.
• Experience delivering digital, blended, virtual, and classroom-based learning solutions.
