Your Role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting marketing automation solutions that drive personalized customer engagement. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, manage migrations, and optimize campaign execution.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Taking ownership of end-to-end migration from B2B to B2C and campaign execution.
• Developing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Pardot solutions to meet business requirements.
• Supporting system and user acceptance testing (SIT & UAT) and resolving defects.
• Implementing automation strategies using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Pardot workflows.
• Ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and multi-lingual campaign support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for CRM integration and reporting.

Your Profile

You are an experienced developer with:

• 6+ years of hands‑on development and support experience in Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, campaign management, and marketing automation best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver high‑quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Preferably Salesforce-certified in Pardot, Email Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Developer.

Top 5 Technical Skills

• Pardot Expertise – Automation, Forms, API, Connector, Dynamic Lists.
• AMPScript & SQL – Advanced scripting and query capabilities for personalization and segmentation.
• CRM Integration – SFDC or other CRM tools for seamless data flow.
• Reporting & Dashboards – SFMC analytics, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking.
