Capgemini in Chennai seeks a process optimization specialist to drive service level improvements and cost-effective delivery. You will leverage deep process knowledge, redesign workflows, and apply analytics to meet client-specific adjustments.

You will monitor KPIs, handle escalations, and ensure accurate cash application and reconciliations while supporting flexible work arrangements and career growth opportunities.
