Job summary

Idexcel is seeking an Electronics Engineer with 2-6 years of experience in Bangalore. The role focuses on Motor Drive Electronics and Motor Control Electronics for aerospace/avionics systems, requiring knowledge of DO-254/DO-160 and ARP4754 standards. Strong debugging and cross-functional coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities include design, testing, and troubleshooting of motor drives, sensors interfaces, and associated electronics, with travel to supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor drive electronics design and testing.
• Testing and debugging ability on various industrial motors and drives.
• Ability to perform component level troubleshooting of Electronics Printed Board.
• Familiarity with debugging tools such as logic analyzers, data loggers and oscilloscopes.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to resolve reported issues.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS422/485, CAN, ARINC 429.
• Knowledge of sensors such as Resolver, RVDT, and LVDT interface principles.
• Familiar with ARP4754 and DO254.
• Knowledge of System Safety analysis and FMEA/FTA.
• Knowledge of DO-160 standards.
• Identify and evaluate test facilities to meet test requirements and coordinate with suppliers.
• Willing to travel to Safran and supplier sites to meet project needs.
• Interact with component suppliers to resolve concerns.

Qualification : BE/ME.in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Me/MTech in Analog Electronics/Power Electronics/ Drives.

Domain Specific: Motor Drive Electronics / Motor Control Electronics, specifically for Aerospace / Avionics systems

Over all Experience: 2-6 Years

Relevant Experience: 2-6 Years

Requirements
