Job summary

Naxatra Labs in India is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to design and develop electronic circuits and PCBs for advanced instrumentation products. You will create schematics, layouts, BOMs and manufacturing files, and perform bring-up, testing and debugging across multiple interfaces including CAN, Hall sensors and encoders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation or Electrical engineering.
• 25 years of experience in electronics, PCB design, instrumentation or product development.
• Hands-on PCB designing, schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with PCB bring-up, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, components and circuit design.
• Familiarity with sensors, instrumentation and measurement systems.
• Proficiency with CAN, Hall sensors, encoders and interfaces.
• Exposure to motors, controllers, EVs, power electronics or automotive electronics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve electronics design, instrumentation accuracy and test systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CAN, Hall sensors, encoders and communication interfaces.
• Experience with Altium, KiCad, Eagle or similar PCB design tools is preferred.
• Exposure to motors, controllers, EVs, power electronics or automotive electronics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, technical documentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on, curious and willing to work across design, testing and product development.
