Job summary

Creative Indians seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to oversee electrical and mechanical upkeep across automated systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate with teams and OEMs for rapid issue resolution.

The role includes maintaining records, identifying performance improvements, and ensuring spare parts readiness on multiple sites. The ideal candidate has deep experience with sensors, VFDs, PLC basics, and motor control, and is ready to support

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain machines both electrically and mechanically to ensure maximum uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and checklists.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns with minimum turnaround time.
• Maintain detailed records of failures, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs for issue resolution and technical support.
• Identify improvement opportunities in machine performance and suggest modifications.
• Ensure timely identification and indents of required spares.
• Be available for critical breakdown support during off-duty hours if required.
• Provide support to multiple sites as per business requirements.
