Job summary

Talenttap Management Consultants seeks an experienced electrical maintenance technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment including HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM and furnaces. The role requires scheduling preventive tasks, diagnosing faults, and ensuring safety interlocks and ISO compliance.

Shift work and cross-functional collaboration are expected. You will work with FANUC NC and PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa) and utilize ERP Oracle, AutoCAD, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical maintenance experience on CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, furnaces).
• Experience in preventive maintenance, check sheets, and maintenance scheduling.
• Basic electrical knowledge in CNC environments.
• Knowledge of FANUC NC, PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Ability to work in shifts; diagnose problems and provide solutions to reduce downtime.
• Familiarity with ERP Oracle, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001; Kaizen practices.
• Good communication with cross-functional teams; 3–6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance of plant equipment.
• Inspect motors, starters, control panels, switch gears, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot faults in motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and interlocks.
• Test insulation resistance, earthing, and continuity; ensure safety interlocks work.
• Replace faulty components and maintain electrical drawings and checklists.
• Coordinate with mechanical and other teams during maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO practices.
