Job summary

Datta Infra is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Execution to lead end-to-end transmission line EPC projects in India. You will steer planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery while safeguarding quality, safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in electrical infrastructure projects, transmission line construction, project execution, stakeholder management and EPC project delivery, with PMP/Prince2 being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• PM certification like PMP or Prince2 is an advantage.
• Experience in transmission line/power infrastructure EPC projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of EHV/HV transmission line projects from mobilization to commissioning.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Execution to lead the end-to-end execution of Transmission Line Projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering transmission line EPC projects while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in electrical infrastructure projects, transmission line construction, project execution, stakeholder management, and EPC project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

• Lead execution of EHV/HV transmission line projects from mobilization to commissioning.


• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource deployment plans.


• Ensure project completion as per contractual scope, quality standards, and timelines.


• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Site Management

• Supervise construction activities including:


• Survey and route alignment


• Stringing activities


• Testing and commissioning


• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials at site.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities.


• Attend project review meetings and present project progress reports.


• Resolve project execution challenges through proactive coordination.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety policies.


• Conduct regular safety reviews and audits at project sites.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).


• Additional certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) will be an advantage.

Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in Transmission Line / Power Infrastructure / EPC Projects.


• Proven experience in project execution, project delivery, and site management.


• Experience handling multiple project stakeholders, contractors, and site teams.
