Job summary

Unique Electro Engineers seeks an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to manage electrical installation and site execution on commercial projects in Delhi. Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in electrical contracting or construction projects.
• Experience in commercial buildings, malls, hotels, industrial projects, or data centres preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, HT/LT systems, and site execution.
• Ability to understand electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of quantity measurement, material management, RA billing, and site documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and team supervision skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical site execution, including panels, HT/LT cables, cable trays, bus ducts, lighting, earthing, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems, as applicable.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Monitor site progress, manpower productivity, work quality, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and civil/MEP teams.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with the Purchase Team for timely material availability.
• Maintain material receipt records, stock statements, consumption details, and delivery challans.
• Record site measurements, prepare measurement sheets, and support RA billing and extra-work documentation.
• Identify drawing discrepancies, site issues, and execution challenges and report them to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and site safety procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports, including completed work, manpower details, material requirements, and site issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawing inputs and maintaining project records.
