Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to manage PLC based maintenance, SCADA automation and preventive/dpredictive activities across heat treatment furnace, CNC and related equipment. You will coordinate with technicians, maintain spares inventory, implement LOTO procedures, and optimize energy use while ensuring safety and accuracy of maintenance records.

Knowledge of Fanuc systems, servo motors, encoders, protective relays, and SAP Maintenance Module is

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics (DEE) required.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA and CNC equipment essential.
• Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Module and LOTO procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heat treatment furnace, shot blasting, CNC, and protective relay systems.
• Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment history, checklists and calibration records.
• Prepare spares specifications and manage inventory controls.
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure safe, energy-efficient operation.
• Analyze breakdowns and plan corrective actions.
