Job summary

KSB in Nashik seeks a senior maintenance lead to manage day-to-day maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC and conventional machines, plus electrical and electronic systems. The role covers utilities and material handling equipment, with a focus on reliability and uptime.

You will drive breakdown analysis, maintenance planning, and ensure MBK/QMS/EMS/OHSAS/5S/Kaizen compliance. Leadership, SAP PM proficiency, and strong planning are essential.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 15–18 years of professional maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC/PLC machines and plant utilities.
• Experience with ISO QMS / EMS / OHSAS standards.
• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance module.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and conventional machines.
• Maintain electrical and electronic systems, CNC & PLC controls, and drives.
• Look after utility equipment like DG sets, compressors, transformers.
• Analyze critical breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and optimize spare parts requirements for machines.
• Ensure compliance with MBK/QMS/EMS/OHSAS/5S/Kaizen/Poka-Yoke.
• Uphold electrical safety and manage energy consumption.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Responsible as shift in charge, and will looking after day to day maintenance activities of CNC, VTC, VMC, HMC and all conventional machines, electrical and electronic maintenance, CNC & PLC systems, AC/DC drives maintenance
2. 2. Responsible for maintenance of utility equipment like DG sets, Compressors, Dryers, Transformers and material handling equipment like Forklifts, stackers, EOT, cranes etc.
3. 3. Should be able to analyse the critical breakdowns and to implement corrective and preventive maintenance
4. 4. Responsible for planning and optimization of machine / equipment spares requirement.
5. 5. Responsible for compliances related to MBK /QMS/EMS/OHSAS/5S/Kaizen/Poka-Yoke activities.
6. 6. Responsible as Electrical Safety Officer and for compliances for entire safety of Electrical system.
7. 7. Responsible of energy consumption and conservation.
