Job summary

L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions in Hazira invites an Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Machine to join our maintenance team. You will perform hands-on maintenance of heavy CNC machines and associated electrical systems, ensuring minimum downtime and adherence to safety standards.

Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and familiarity with SAP/ERP processes, ISO/OHSAS/EMS, and Kaizen practices. This is a site-based role with shift duties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance of heavy CNC machines.
• Experience with FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
• SAP/ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
• Maintenance of material handling equipment and cranes.
• Maintenance of utilities equipment like compressors and grinders.
• Familiar with ISO, OHSAS, EMS and Kaizen practices.
• Experience with electrical testing tools (multimeters, earth testers, megger).
• Shift duty and working at height for crane maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of heavy CNC machines such as Juaristi HBMs, HNK VTL/VTC, Goratu TMC/HTL.
• Maintenance of FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
• Breakdown & preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
• Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT & wall cranes, transfer trolleys, forklifts, stackers, and manlifter/scissor lifters.
• Maintenance of utilities equipment like compressors, pneumatics and grinders.
• Good working knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment such as multimeters and megger testers.
• Working in shift duty and at height for crane maintenance.
