Job summary

SLPP Renew invites applications for an E&I Engineer to join our engineering team in Bangalore (H.O.). You will design, review electrical and instrumentation drawings, supervise field installation, and support project execution from concept to commissioning.

The role requires a BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with PLC/SCADA knowledge and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA, electrical drawings, and field instrumentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical and instrumentation drawings.
• Supervise cable laying, panel installation, earthing, and field instrumentation works.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform testing and commissioning of motors, panels, PLC, SCADA, and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Prepare material requisitions and technical documentation.
• Support operation and maintenance activities.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
